Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Agile Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating agile practices, improving workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


  • Manage and facilitate agile practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product vision, goals, and roadmaps, translating them into manageable work for agile teams.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the team on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track project deliverables, manage risks and remove impediments to help teams achieve project goals.
  • Ensure transparency into the team’s work through the effective use of agile project management tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers and Agile Coaches to optimize practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams and stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certifications.
  • Minimum of [X years] experience in an agile project management role, preferably in the [Industry].
  • Proficient in agile project management tools like JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and negotiation skills.

Language Skills:

As our operations are global, we value linguistic diversity and multi-cultural communication skills. For this position, proficiency in English and German is required. Candidates must have a minimum of B2 level proficiency in both languages as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Preference will be given to candidates with a C2 level proficiency in either or both languages.

Key Language Skills Requirements:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with a minimum of a B2 level proficiency.
  2. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in both English and German.
