We are looking for a seasoned Agile Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating agile practices, improving workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Manage and facilitate agile practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product vision, goals, and roadmaps, translating them into manageable work for agile teams.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track project deliverables, manage risks and remove impediments to help teams achieve project goals.
- Ensure transparency into the team’s work through the effective use of agile project management tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers and Agile Coaches to optimize practices across the organization.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certifications.
